Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of Strong Again, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net (opens in a new tab) and look up your order, or contact us at hello@mamamove.com and we'll help you.

This policy applies to purchases made on or after 13 October 2026. If you bought before that date, the guarantee shown to you at the time of purchase continues to apply.

Once a refund is issued, access to the programme will be removed from your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
