Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
These Terms & Conditions are between you and Mama Move ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Mama Move website and the Strong Again programme (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase.
The Service
Mama Move provides Strong Again, a 16-week postpartum strength and recovery programme delivered through your online account. The Service provides general educational fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or individual medical care, and it is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor, midwife, or physiotherapist before starting this or any exercise programme, particularly after childbirth, and stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, bleeding, or any concerning symptoms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the programme content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share your login, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. This includes: using it for any unlawful purpose; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property rights; introducing malware or attempting to probe, scan, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or scraping or harvesting content or data.
Payments
Strong Again is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Your purchase gives your account access to the complete Strong Again programme for as long as Mama Move operates the service, and you can repeat sessions or restart the programme without another purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes. If you bought before 14 October 2026, any access promise shown to you at the time of purchase continues to apply.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Intellectual property
We own all rights in the Service and its content, including the programme materials, software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own abilities.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If your access ends, your licence to use the programme ends too; where practicable we will give you a reasonable window to request an export of your personal data before it is deleted.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you other rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
